How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please send an e-mail to ordini@marchesidisangiuliano.it., stating the order number and the phrase “Cancel order” in the subject line. E.g.: “Cancel order #550”. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation, followed within the next 48 hours by the reimbursement of the amount you have paid.


What are the delivery times?
It normally takes about 48 hours to prepare your order.  The courier will then normally take 36-48 hours to deliver it. You will be kept up to date by e-mail at every stage of the shipment and delivery of your order.


I still haven't received an order that has been shipped. What can I do about it?
If you order shipped 5 or more days ago, please write to ordini@marchesidisangiuliano.it, stating the order number and the phrase “Shipped order #550 not received” in the subject line. E.g.: “Shipped order# 550 not received ”.


The products I have received are not what I ordered. What can I do about it?
If the product does not correspond to what your ordered in the order form (flavour) or is defective, you can send it back to us. We will then send you new products and will reimburse the shipping costs. If the product is not what you ordered or is defective, please write to ordini@marchesidisangiuliano.it, stating the order number and the phrase “Problem with order” in the subject line. E.g.: “Problem with order # 550”.


Which payment methods are available on the site?
You can pay for your purchases on the Marchesi di San Giuliano site using the most popular payment methods: PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Bank transfer.


Are transactions on the site secure?
Transactions by credit card or PayPal are carried out directly on PayPal's protected site and are processed using the highest standards of inter-bank security. At no time is Marchesi di San Giuliano party to the customer's credit card details and, consequently, it does not archive those details, since they are entered directly onto the PayPal payment site.


How much does delivery cost?
You will find all the shipping cost in the shop, depending on the country where you live.

I would like to send the products as a gift. Is there the option to deliver it to a specific address?

Yes, you can easily send the products to someone else as a gift. The shopping cart in the Shop section has been configured to allow you to ship the products to an address that is different from the billing address. You can also use one of our beautiful gift boxes.


Do I have the right to return the item or have it exchanged?
